These Surgical Steel Curved Barbells are all Internally Threaded for a precision fit and all 316LVM Stainless Surgical Steel. These are NOT the cheaper commercial grade of 316L Surgical Steel that you are usually offered in Body Jewelry by many other company's. Curved barbells are designed for clients who frequently remove or change their jewelry. Although these barbells can be worn with virtually any piercing they are the perfect option for navel eyebrow and several below the waist piercings. These Labrets are only available with a 3mm ball. Our Titanium is Nickel Free half the weight of Steel and available in several brilliant colors without the use of any dyes to color it. We only use G23TI Surgical Titanium. This is the grade that is used worldwide for heart valves pacemakers and implants. It should be noted that G23TI Titanium costs more then double the cost of the cheaper commercial grades (CP Titanium 1 2 3 4 or 5) that are usually offered to you in body jewelry by other companies.
