Backwards Compatible

Shoulder tattoos are becoming increasingly common, as they open the door to some rather interesting designs; but some of the old standbys of the past 5 to 10 years are still popular, including lower back tattoo designs and hip tattoos. On women, these positions can be sensual, playful, or even ironic, so there's little chance that they will ever go "out of style" like some styles of tattoos will.

I think it's the thoroughness and backwards compatibility that appeals to me on this one. Scanning the barcode reveals the guy's name, which is also spelled in binary beneath the tattoo.
